Payment Policy
This Payment Policy applies to orders placed on barorae.com. It explains accepted payment methods, transaction currency, payment security, failed payments, disputes, and refunds.

2. Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in USD unless the checkout page explicitly states otherwise.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed using third-party payment services, including Stripe and PayPal. When you place an order, you authorize the payment method you selected to be charged for the total amount shown at checkout (including applicable taxes and shipping fees).
In some cases, your bank or provider may place an authorization hold or require additional verification (for example, 3D Secure or similar checks). An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully authorized and accepted.
4. Payment Security
We use HTTPS (TLS/SSL) encryption to help protect information transmitted between your browser and our website. Sensitive payment details are handled by Stripe and/or PayPal using industry-standard security controls (such as encryption and tokenization) designed to protect payment data.
We do not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials on our servers. We only receive limited transaction information needed to operate the order, such as payment status, amount, and a transaction reference ID.
5. Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases. If we suspect inaccurate or incomplete information, we may request verification or cancel the order where permitted by law. 6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, your order may not be completed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, bank restrictions, incorrect billing details, or provider risk controls. Please try again with a different method or contact your bank/payment provider for assistance.
We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider (such as overdraft fees, currency conversion fees, or card issuer charges).
7. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund timing depends on your payment provider, but we typically process approved refunds within 7 business days after confirmation of eligibility (for example, after return inspection/approval where applicable).

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a payment concern, please contact us first at help@barorae.com so we can help resolve the issue. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide relevant order and fulfillment information (such as order details, communication records, and shipping/delivery confirmation) to Stripe, PayPal, card networks, or your bank to review the claim.
