Track Your Order

Use the form below to check the latest status of your shipment. After your order ships, tracking information (when available) will be emailed to you. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Shipping & Delivery Notes

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Estimated transit time after shipment: United States 5–8 business days; International 7–20 business days (estimates only and not guaranteed).
  • Delivery availability and final shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

If Your Tracking Isn’t Updating

  • Some carriers scan packages less frequently, especially during peak periods or international transit.
  • If tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please check again later or contact the carrier listed in your tracking details.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with household members/building management and contact the carrier to open an investigation. Then email us within 24 hours at help@barorae.com with your order number and any case number or supporting details.
