Severability

1. Validity of Remaining Terms

If any provision of these terms or policies is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, if enforcement is not possible, will be severed.

2. No Impact on Other Provisions

The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision.

3. Interpretation

Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted (or replaced, where permitted) in a way that most closely reflects the original intent while remaining lawful and enforceable.
