Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed on barorae.com. Please read carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Return Eligibility & Return Window

Return eligibility can vary by item. Any item-specific return rules (including final sale or non-returnable items) will be indicated on the product page and will apply.

For eligible items, return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receipt, and the return must be shipped (postmarked) within the same 14-day window. Requests submitted after the deadline will be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including (where applicable): final sale/clearance items (if marked), personalized or custom-made items, and any items that are used, altered, washed/cleaned, assembled, or damaged after delivery.

If a return is sent for a non-returnable item, it may be refused and returned to the sender, or handled only if an exception is approved in writing.

3. How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)

Eligible returns must be in resalable condition. You may open the package and perform a careful inspection to verify appearance, measurements, and basic functionality, but the item must not be put into regular use or show signs of use (such as scratches, chips, stains, residue, water marks, strong odors, or damage).

Where possible, please include the original packaging and any included parts/accessories. Packaging may be opened and may show reasonable handling; however, items must be returned securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Returns may be refused if the item is returned damaged, missing essential parts/accessories, or otherwise not in resalable condition.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Return shipping fees and available return methods vary by country/region. After reviewing your request, we will confirm the recommended return method for your location.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error or a verified issue on arrival (e.g., wrong item or confirmed damage), we may cover return shipping or offer an equivalent solution (such as a prepaid label where available, reimbursement of reasonable return shipping, or another confirmed arrangement).

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. The sender is responsible for the package until it is received and inspected.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or refusal. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible; processing method may depend on your payment provider. For payment handling details, see our Payment Policy.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection/approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items/parts, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at help@barorae.com and include your order number plus clear photos of the item(s), outer packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 24 hours will be refused.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with household members/building management and contact the carrier to open an investigation, then email us within 24 hours with any case number or supporting details. If the carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address, replacement/refund may not be available.
