Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on barorae.com. Shipping fees, available destinations, and delivery options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide delivery services to U.S. domestic addresses and most international destinations. Some countries/regions may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, local regulations, or service limitations; if so, checkout will not allow selection for that destination.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
All amounts are shown in USD. Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees.

4. Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimates after shipment and can vary due to destination country/region, customs clearance (if applicable), peak periods, weather, and carrier operations.

5. Logistics Providers & Tracking
We work with major carriers and logistics contractors (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local delivery partners). The carrier used may vary by destination and package characteristics. Tracking information (when available) will be emailed once your order ships, and tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
6. Delivery, Address Accuracy & Signature
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing the order. If a package is delayed, returned, or re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply and will be communicated before any re-shipment.
Signature on delivery may be required for certain orders or destinations based on carrier rules or risk controls. If signature is available and you choose to waive it, you assume responsibility for any loss after delivery confirmation.
7. Duties/Taxes, Damaged Parcels & Missing Packages
For U.S. domestic deliveries, customs duties typically do not apply. For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST where applicable), brokerage fees, or customs charges that may be assessed by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are generally non-refundable.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receipt via help@barorae.com and include your order number plus clear photos of the item(s), outer packaging, and shipping label.
Tracking details are sent by email. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with household members/building management and contact the carrier to open an investigation, then email us with any case number.
